POLICIES: Cancellations - Clients canceling within 48 hours of appointment are required to pay 50% of the service value. Clients canceling within 24 hours are required to pay 100% of the service value. No-Shows - Clients no-showing an appointment are required to pay 100% of the service value. Tardiness - I allow a 10 minute grace period, after the grace period your appointment will be canceled and charged accordingly. Payments - Failure to pay cancellation/no show fee & full service amount will result in not being able to reschedule with me. I accept cash, venmo and cards. Adjustments - For any sort of adjustment after your service, you have 7 days after your appointment to reach out and come in for the adjustment. Depending on the adjustment, product may be charged. Extra availability will be offered to make sure we get you in. After 7 days of the appointment the adjustment policy is voided and you will need to book a new appointment and will be fully charged.
